We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new online Learning Management System (LMS) which allows you to access web based self-paced training courses and recorded webinars 24/7/365.
In today’s fast-paced environment, a blended learning program consisting of classroom training, online training, informal learning and coaching is the most effective way to maintain your competitive edge. While not a substitute for classroom training, online learning significantly reduces the cost of educating multifamily professionals and increases accessibility for members who find it difficult to attend in-person training. The use of online learning in conjunction with classroom training and post-course coaching has been found to be the best way to ensure behavioral change in students.
Our new LMS provides an easy-to-use, graphical interface that delivers eLearning content from numerous sources. You’ll be able to register for, and track, classroom training, webinars, special events and eLearning, all from the comfort of your office or home using your internet browser. Each student will have their own homepage, where they can register for courses and events, launch online learning classes, download documents and track their training progress. The online courses include a bookmarking feature which allows the student to exit the class prior to completion and resume the class at a later time. If your company has a SCORM compliant in-house LMS, course completion data can be exported using Excel CSV files.
The NAAEI LMS currently offers a number of courses, in English and Spanish language, for Managers, Leasing and Maintenance Professionals, such as:

New titles will be added on a regular basis and in addition to multifamily content, we intend to offer Microsoft Office classes as well as topics such as Social Media, Leadership, Presentation Skills and many others. Most importantly, we’d like to know what you want and need, so please email us with your suggestions and requests!
Most classes are 30 – 60 minutes in duration – the new Maintenance how-to classes are 10 – 15 minutes long - and includes both pre and post class assessments; many classes include resource pages or workbooks.
Plans for the future include the addition of both NAAEI national, regional and locally recorded webinars and seminars, and access to NAAEI national designation courses and course completion data.
